What is Clubcard and why should I join?
Clubcard is the loyalty programme for New World customers that helps you make the most of your shopping at New World. As a Clubcard member, you can choose to earn either Flybuys or Airpoints Dollars™ when you shop at New World. As well as earning rewards, you’ll have access to special discounts with Club Deals and automatic entry into exclusive Clubcard competitions and promotions.
How do I earn and use rewards?
When you sign up to Clubcard, you can select which reward (Flybuys or Airpoints) you would prefer to earn when you shop. How you earn each reward is shown below:

Flybuys and Airpoints are not operated by New World, so you’ll have to go to those websites to check and use your rewards. Don’t worry, your rewards will automatically link from your New World shopping to your Flybuys or Airpoints account.
You can choose to use Flybuys to earn New World Dollars when you shop. 28 Flybuys points will get you 5 New World Dollars. You can spend New World Dollars instore at New World and check your balance online at clubcard.co.nz or on the New World app.
How do I get the savings instore or online?
Look out for Clubcard deals instore and online, as products with these discounts are only available to Clubcard members. To get the discount, you need to swipe your Clubcard at checkout or save it to your New World Online account, so that you don’t miss out!
How do I sign up?
To join Clubcard, go online to newworld.co.nz/clubcard and complete the signup form. You will then have a Clubcard account that you can use straight away, and a Clubcard will be posted to your address. You can also sign up instore or by calling 0800 80 70 70, and one of our friendly customer service team can help you.
What Information do you collect about me?
You will need to provide us with your personal details when you sign up to Clubcard. When you use your Clubcard we also collect information about the products you purchase from us and when.
How do you use my information?
When you use Clubcard at New World, this helps us understand your shopping preferences. We also match your shopping preferences with other Clubcard members anonymously. This helps us to improve our customer offerings instore and online, develop new products, and provide tailored specials and discounts for you. We also share shopping data with third parties to help us with our offering to you.
We always follow the Privacy Act 2020 when we collect, use or store personal information. We also have strong internal privacy policies for handling personal information. We do not share any personal information that identifies you such as your name or address.
How do I leave Clubcard?
You can update your personal information or choose to leave Clubcard at anytime. You can do this by going online to clubcard.co.nz or calling us on 0800 80 70 70 and one of our team will help with your account deactivation. Once you close your Clubcard account, you will no longer collect rewards or be able to enjoy Clubcard discounts. If you collected New World Dollars, those will no longer be able to be redeemed. Any Airpoints or Flybuys you earned will still be available for you to use as part of those programmes.
