What is a digital Clubcard?
A digital Clubcard lets you scan your Clubcard on your mobile when you shop at New World. The digital Clubcard works the same as your physical card – when you scan it at New World stores you’ll receive the same great Clubcard benefits, such as Club Deals and continue to collect either Fly Buys points or earn Airpoints Dollars™.
How do I get my digital Clubcard?
Simply download the New World app from the App Store or Google Play. Then scan the barcode on the back of your Clubcard (or enter your Clubcard number) and your digital card will be loaded onto your mobile.
Do I have to be a Clubcard member to get a digital Clubcard?
Yes, you need to be a Clubcard member to get your digital Clubcard. Sign up to Clubcard today (if you haven't already done so).
How do I scan my digital Clubcard at checkout?
Simply place your mobile under the scanner with the barcode facing up and listen for the beep. At the self-checkout, hold your mobile upright with the barcode facing towards the back of the scanner and listen for the beep.
